Children these days are very badly educated if those like Ren can act in such a spoiled and demeaning way, especially towards their elders. Where is this generation of youngsters even willing to go??? Learn some respect kids!

This episode was not only super fun, but also super emotional for me bcs of the following reasons:

1. I am sure J-League Football Player boy pretended to have stomach aches for Ren to enjoy the event, race and summer more. It worked, no matter how bratty Ren is!

2. Lin Junjie from the other idol band let Ren win imo. I mean the guy is somewhere between 16-18, which means his body is at the peak of strength and was catching up to him, until that last stride.

3. I really like the music in this series! Its so beautiful and I cherish the way it shows these older men how playful and fun they are, despite their age! :)

Yeah Lin needed just three steps to catch up but then just remained hovering behind Ren xD

i was wondering if he really reached his limit or he purposely slowed down to give way.afterall he seems almost as athletic as nikolai.hes chinese but doesnt look or sound so.
those guys arent old,at most ren's parents age,maybe younger,so he could just treat them like a bunch of lively uncles(or big bros) rather than be sulky?
still a mystery whether the soccer player really had stomachache or he just did a convincing act.

I'm convinced Asai faked it to try to teach him not to give up.

Super wholesome for everyone to give Ren-kun a happy day at the beach.
A private beach that has like 18 designated snack vendors.
Too bad no beach episode hijinks for Yamanaka or Kakizaki.
So will the remainder of the series be them training for the Budoukan at the (2-part?) finale? There's still 8 whole episodes though.
